ResortQuest vacation rental homes are carefully evaluated based on quality, condition, appearance and amenities.  Base on the level of standards for each property, it is then categorized as:

EVP (Exclusive Vacation Property) – An exclusive group of extraordinary accommodations that are so luxurious and unique they are in a class of their own. ResortQuest reserves this rating for properties that offer unique amenities, extraordinary furnishings, and first-class accommodations.

Platinum – Exception accommodations, marked by unique design, that offer superior, quality furnishings, luxury features, designer appointments, and top of the line kitchens, baths and amenities.

Gold – Upscale, well appointed accommodations, with a designer touch, featuring excellent furnishings, special features, and top quality kitchens, baths and amenities.

Silver – Inviting, pleasing accommodations, tastefully decorated featuring quality furnishings and contemporary kitchens and baths. Our silver-rated properties meet ResortQuest's quality standards while being priced for affordable budgets.

Bronze – Comfortable, pleasant accommodations that provide many of the comforts and conveniences of home. Our bronze-rated properties meet ResortQuest's quality standards while being priced for affordable budgets.
